Is Your Grip Blocking the Gift?

This past Sunday, we wrapped up our Ripple Relationships series with Part Four: "Is Your Grip Blocking the Gift?"—a powerful message from Job 42 about releasing offense and embracing restoration.

Job had every reason to stay bitter—he’d been betrayed, blamed, and bypassed. But instead of holding on to hurt, he chose humility. He prayed for the very people who wronged him, and God restored double what was lost.

We were reminded that what you release determines what God restores. Healing is hidden in humility. Job didn’t get even—he got restored. He didn’t curse—he covered. He didn’t retaliate—he released. And God didn’t release the overflow until Job released the offense.

Is there someone you need to pray for—even if they don’t deserve it? Could your next breakthrough be on the other side of a prayer you don’t want to pray?

Let God use your release to bring restoration.
