This past Sunday at Southridge, we continued our powerful sermon series with “The True Vine,” based on John 15:1-9. We were reminded that Jesus is not just a way—we learned He is the True Vine, our only source for real growth, connection, and lasting fruit.
God wants us planted in Him—through church, community, prayer, and worship. But we also talked about how pruning—those tough, confusing, painful seasons—is not punishment; it's preparation. It’s protection. It’s positioning.
When we disconnect from the Vine, we lose clarity, fruitfulness, and direction. But the good news? Through the Holy Spirit, we can always reconnect. If you’re going through a pruning season or feeling disconnected from God, this message will encourage you to press in, trust, and stay connected.
Rewatch the full message and be reminded of the life that flows when you remain in Him.
